Carving Love Spoons
Come and Carve a Love Spoon - the cherished symbol of Love and affection!
In this workshop, we will explore the age-old techniques used by carvers to make these beautiful and meaningful spoons, traditionally gifted as tokens of love and courtship.
Guided by Alex, you’ll craft your own Love Spoon from a pre made spoon blank - drawing inspiration from traditional designs passed down through generations. We’ll carve intricate symbols such as hearts and finials with the option to decorate them ready for gifting to that special someone in time for Valentines day!
This workshop is perfect for couples or those wishing to make a meaningful wedding spoon, anniversary spoon or treat their loved one on Valentines day. (Valentines day is Friday 14th February for the record!)
