Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Made-to-order or personalised items may take slightly longer (we’ll email you if so).

UK Shipping

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent courier.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination (usually 7–14 working days).
Buyers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 working days (UK) or 21 days (international), please get in touch so we can investigate. Please bear in mind we always use a tracked service, if items are delayed we must follow Royal Mail's procedures and wait 30 days before a missing parcel investigation can be launched. We have been sending parcels for many years now around the world, and thankfully it is very rare a parcel is lost. Usually customs clearance is the most common cause of delays
